Who is God? How can we know him? How can we experience him?
Jesus said “if you’ve seen me you’ve seen the Father.” The Apostle Paul told us that Jesus the Christ is the exact representation of the invisible God. If you want to know God, look at Jesus, he is the clearest picture we have of WHO God really is and HOW God really is.
Folks will say, but you can't throw away the wrathful side of God. I totally agree. You see that in Jesus too, on the cross, absorbing it for all mankind.

You see, there is not an aspect of God that isn't expressed and dealt with in the person of Jesus.
Jesus is the clearest picture of who God is, merciful and self-sacrificing because of his great love for all mankind.

God will never change. How he relates to us because of Christ changes, but he himself is honest, faithful and consistent, you can count on him and all of his promises.
